No. Due to the tie to PVMA and OVTAA member accounts, registration for this event must be completed on an individual basis.

No. Multiple individuals may not share a single registration. Your access information is unique to you. Only valid registrants can claim CE verification for license renewal purposes. Registrants are not permitted to share their login information, record the sessions, or sell or give any event content to unregistered individuals or companies. 

No. Our regional jurisdictions for licensing accept our CE no problem for reporting. The cost of RACE is well out of reach and not necessary for our local/regional- centric event.

Pre-recorded presentations will be available after April 1st, while all the recordings of the live in-person presentations will be available to registrants approximately a week after the conference.

Notifications will be sent to all registrants with instructions how to access, as they become available.

Yes, if you are a licensed veterinarian or licensed technician in Oregon. The Oregon Veterinary Medical Examining Board allows all CE to be obtained online. If you are a registrant from another state, you will need to check with your licensing board.

Yes! There is a 15% discount to conference registrants for standards rooms. Bookings must be  completed online with this link: Rose City Veterinary Conference

No. Surface lot parking is no charge for the entirety of your time at the venue.

When registering for the event, there is place to indicate dietary preferences, intolerances, and allergies as well a request other accommodations. If you have further questions or need assistance, please email: pvma@portlandvma.org or call: 503-228-7387

  • All gender, men, and women’s restrooms will be available to conference attendees over the two levels of the venue.
  • For those needing a private room for pumping, feeding, nursing, a room is available on the main floor (behind hotel reception) upstairs from the conference level.
  • Electrical outlets/charging areas will be available to attendees in designated areas. 
  • Wifi will be provided, however service should also be strong and available.
